I guess they are my fav. I got the stick figure tattoed on my arm. So I guess they are. Wait..... Yup, they are.
I really love other bands, rem, u2, dylan, led zep, the who, alice in chains (i wanted the sun logo form dirt tatooed also), soundgarden, STP, johnny cash, tool, megadeth, pink floyd, and soooo many others. I´m not really into bowie, but I really love ziggy. The same with other bands that I just admire one album (white zombie for example).
But PJ is the only one I will be travelling 4,000 km to see. So yeah, theyre my favourite.
1. PJ
2. The Beatles
3. Radiohead
4. Bob Dylan
5. many others tied (MMJ, The Roots, TV on the Radio, The White Stripes, Arcade Fire, Kings of Leon, My Bloody Valentine, NIN, RATM, Animal Collective....)

Troubled Souls Unite
Beastie Boys were/are possibly favorite of all time. Weird huh? I just think everything of theirs from 1989 til now is brilliant. their music, their artwork, their look, what they stand for, how they act, etc....love it all.
But lately Pearl Jam is starting to creep up and it's almost like a tie now. same thing..love their music, their artwork, their look, what they stand for, etc.
1) Creed
2) NickelBack
3) Moist
4) Bush
5) Sugar Ray
6) Right said Fred
7) Scat Man John
8) Ace Of Bace
9) Let's not forget the MC HAMMER
10) And I guess Pearl Jam
Sorry about that ... Yes Pearl Jam is my favorite followed closely by The Gits and Mudhonney
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.
But for live shows, I'm most devoted to PJ for sure. Radiohead are just as good (maybe even dare I say it, better) than PJ live, but they don't have the thrill of major setlist changes. I'd happily see Radiohead a few times in a tour, but don't think I would splash out on travelling around to see them 4 or 5 times a tour like I would PJ.

Yes!
Ramones were until I heard No Code and Yield !
The lyrics and meaning of the songs are more important to me than Ramones lyrics which didn't really relate to where I was at in life.

I assume you're talking about Astrocreep?
IMO La Sexorcisto is incredible too.

Pearl Jam is absolutely my favorite band. There are definately other bands/artists I love, like the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Alice in Chains, Bob Marley, Smashing Pumpkins, Jimi Hendrix, My Morning Jacket, R.E.M., Pink Floyd, Soundgarden, RHCP, The Who, U2, and others. But the love I have for Pearl Jam is unmatched by any other band.
Being Canadian and all, I have to say that The Tragically Hip are my favorite band. But as a music lover, Pearl Jam and Tom Petty are really close. Too close to call. The Hip are quite parallel to PJ really. Three strong albums in a row to get started, then a decline in popularity among the masses, leaving a dedicated fan base to savor the bands following releases. Both bands are held in high regard for the quality of their live shows, as well as the respective fan bases enjoying the offered material while fans of the original 3 records insist that the band has vanished.
angels dance on a pin head, just to make room for you and i....
Pearl Jam are my fave,I cant see that changing in this life time
This might sound daft, but i feel like i,m a better person for absorbing pj lyrics(a betterman? )
I was just talking to a friend after the rotterdam show how every other band now just seem moderate
I would love another band to come into my life and have a similar impact,i guess it wont happen, but ya never know.
