10/31 show - got 2 then during checkout the site crashed and said you tore our face off with a picture of the backspacer album. got back in and they werent in my cart anymore.
Why are they releasing dates like this? they are completely feeding into scalping and increased ticket prices.
just got them after 45-50mins.
spent about 20 mins with them in my cart, trying to advance from step 1 to 3 of checkout, only to be returned to step 1 after submitting my CC. kept trying after numerous 'time outs' and eventually got back to step 3 and cc and finally it was finalized.
was horribly frustrating but relieved it finally worked.

Exactly happened to me. Though I did it a few dozen time's. Hopefully those 167 buck's are not iced on my cc. I did though get the red colored 'not.dull' next to cc info a few times. Didn't know what was going on.

Sounds similar to my experience, but I finally completed the order around 12:45 eastern. Lost the tickets once due to the system crashing, but was able to get them again. Went through each step at least twice, lost count of how many times I was on step 1. As I mentioned in another thread, this is the most trouble I've ever had ordering 10 Club tickets, but I finally managed to get them.
Got mine, after about 45 minutes. I didn't think it was looking good. I got a box that said that you can't order more then a pair.(I wasn't trying to order more then a pair). So, i decided to check my cart, to see if, for some reason, i had MORE then 1 pair in my cart. And WOOT, ther they were, just ONE PAIR. Now i'm wondering if i had the pair in my cart, and i didn't know it? Oh well, i GOT 'EM!!
Got 10/31 very easily a second ago. I couldn't try until 1:15pm and was checked out by 1:18pm. I'm acutally glad I had a meeting that prevented me from trying from 12-1.

so frustrating! kept getting "page load error" and kept clicking "try again", but one of my tabs finally went thru, i clicked on buy and it just kept loading... i pretty much gave up and closed out my tabs.
just went to grab some lunch, came back and just for the hell of it, i tried a new tab and went thru the whole process. it came back with the error message that i already had tickets in my cart...? really? so i checked out and voila! i scored tix! yay! can't wait! the only show in Philly that i'm not going to is Thursday.

Oh wow, I’m going to Philly for Halloween! Took 2 hours of refreshing, locking up and timing out, but I got em. Can’t even believe it. Time to buy plane tix.
Could someone please quickly tell me how to get rid of the SLC tickets in my cart? I was "testing" the site and now it shows 2 SLC tickets and I don't want them. I click "UPDATE" and nothing happens. I want to buy tickets to the Portland show at 3:00 and need to get rid of these SLC tickets before then! HELP!
