    Bands only do that when playing multiple shows in a city.
    3 or more shows.Used for a day of rest.Sure,PJ has played 3 days in

    If a 3rd show isnt added,it's got to only be because PJ would be
    playing at MSG on the 29th for the 25th Anniversary of the R&R
    Hall of Fame. What else could it be?

    Either way, I really don' t think we are going to hear anything until after the Aussie presale. And I have a sinking feeling, it may not be until after all the August dates.

    The Hartford show was on the Friday, Mansfield 1 was Saturday....thats why they bumped Mansfield 2 till Monday. So even though there was a day off between the 2 Mansfield shows it was because it would of been 3 in a row.

    It just doesnt make sense to have a day off between the Philly shows when there no other shows that week.

    If they were only going to do 2 shows, why didnt they do Friday/Saturday instead.

    You forget that the band members have lives too. It's possible that they have something scheduled in their personal lives during that day off and they scheduled the shows around that.

    Booking is often out of the hands of the bands. The venue and the promoters have a lot to say about that.... I know that's not a great answer, but it's what I can think of. Hell, maybe they just want to join their kids for Halloween and don't want to work Saturday.

    Is it possible Ed and/or the whole band was invited to perform at that Rock and Roll Hall of Fame thing in NY on 10/29, and then backed off 10/31 so as to not perform four nights in a row?

    everyone is so sure this 3rd show is happening but there has been no rumors now for a couple weeks from anywhere... I'm starting to think that it won't happen personally.

    I can't believe you are still talking about a Halloween show. I'm sure there are people who are still clicking on the spectrum ticket page, hoping for a show to magically appear :lol:

    It becomes more and more unlikely with each passing day/week.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but an "extra show" usually isnt announced weeks after the originals...


    However, 2 shows are going to be fantastic. I would rather have PJ close the Spectrum than a "We are the world" conglomeration. I really hope it turns out that 10/30 is the last act there.... I cant even imagine the 3rd or 4th encores you know they are going to attempt the demo themselves that night.

I'm frustrated because I don't know if this is going to be a huge week that I should plan a vacation around, or just a couple days in Philly. The latter would be great, but the former fuckin' awesome.

    idk what to think, ad hey it was all a dream in any case. if it happens, great...and if not, we still have amazing show(s) to attend!

    helps too for me that now that i am planning on heading to oz, i know i still have 'one more show' for the year, and on my birthday!...so yea....at this point actually, the 31st NOT happening just saves me money. 8-) do realize of course, this means the show on the 31st WILL happen now. ;)
