Long time no see!0 -
this may or may not be of interest to some???
Good Afternoon,
Unfortunately, we will not be selling any tickets on the door as the Pearl Jam gig is completely sold out.
Regards,
Kyla

Don, it's completely sold out but there are usually always some going on the night. Tix 'reserved' for 'guests/others' that don't get picked up, others may be from people picking up at the box office, but for some reason don't turn up (ill, etc.). Those tix are usually released just before the show starts or after 20 mins or so from the start. I say, if you live in London, might as well try.0

Pegasus wrote:so how come NOT A SINGLE PERSON (point me to the post if someone has) so far has reported having tickets for Level 1?
I know of a few people with Level 1 (related to me via security). These people are defintely VIP 'connected' with industry. I'm not saying that the whole of Level 1 is the same, just saying there are reservations. But hey... this is how it goes with these kind of shows. I'm grateful that at least stalls, level 2 and 3 were available for the 'masses'. Not enough tickets of course, but some.0 -

Don't I seriously can't take it!.....so where did you read that?
Back before the O2 and Manchester shows went on sale, I was so desperate to make sure I got tickets that I bought a 'How to get Pearl Jam tickets - best buy guide' from ebay, it was an ebook and cost me about a fiver. To be honest there weren't that many tips in there that I didn't already know, but there were a few bits, and to be fair to the guy who wrote it, he has been brilliant at emailing me every time there was a different presale link or new allocation of tickets on sale. So anyway, he emailed me yesterday saying not to give up hope if I didn't get tickets for SBE, and to be religious checking the ticket sites a few times a day because he believes ticketmaster have an allocation. Take from that what you will, but I think it is at least possible and well worth checking.I BrisK I wrote:shall see you there. Long time no see!
Hey Ed, indeed it's been a while! I'll be getting up there early on the day, so definitely see you before hand.0 -
Talk of being reserved fir the record label is a little baffling, I thought they didn't have one now0

Although not on a record label they are using a record label (Island/Universal) to distribute the album outside the US ... could mean that.So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?0 -
To Pegasus,
Fair Point.
I guess I'm guilty as charged for buying of ebay, but it was for the 2007 Wembley after having missed out on Reading/Leeds and The Astoria gig and letting my membership expire due to having my second child. No excuse I know but I hadn't seen them since 2000 - 7 years is a long time when it could be another 7 years till they came back!!!
Never repeated and never will be.
Apology finished0 -

I got to wondering if you people would be willing to pool some money to buy a pair of tickets? I used the maths of £5 for 77 people, which is how many are listed as needing a ticket. If I can get 77 of you, regardless of whether you got a ticket or not, to donate £5 I will put the final £15 (which is sitting on my desk as I write this) in to buy a pair which would be raffled off. I thought it would just help to make a couple more of us happy for that night?
Anyways if anyone is interested in doing this, let us know in the thread.
Take care
i think thats a pretty decent idea, the only thing is how would you get the 5 pounds from everyone youd probably have to get it before you bought the tickets or before you raffled them
and im not just saying that cause your giving me alift to the gig phil0 -

Well I guess it would be Paypal, checks/cash in the post. Recorded delivery to my works address would be best, Im there all the time and its a registered address that everyone can easily confirm by phone and or the internet.
Of coarse it all depends if people are willing to part with their hard earned money?0 -

Soooooo... thanks to the ten club lottery,
Congratulations! You are successful in securing 2 tickets to the Pearl Jam's show at the Shepherd's Bush on 11/8/09.
sorry to all you guys that are missing out, I would have passed on any hmv tickets to ten club memebers if hmv hadnt scammed everyone. I promise I will be sure to post on here if my girlfriend misbehaves between now and the 11th and a ticket becomes available. cant wait, the morning after Im motorbiking to rotterdam for the next show... sweeeeeet.0 -
i think that is a great idea. if i had not already got a ticket my £5 would be in the post.

So I cancelled my order.
Hopefully goddess got sorted then...?
I have somehow missed all these posts :-(
Thanks for thinking of me see_the_worldI didn't get any second or third link from HMV despite my three or four complaints but I have reported them to the Agents Association. Fingers crossed!

I would happily donate to a pool of cash to get some of us in BUT only if we don't buy from Ebay rip off merchants :00 -

Ticketweb says 'no support'. I'm hoping Eddie might do a bit on his own... wishful thinking, maybe but we haven't seen Ed solo here in Europe...0 -
I'm quite interested in the notes about Level 1, I may have defended my previous music industry work / friends but I am still very very curious to know about ticket allocation for the industry.
I'm going to have a brain storm. I once temped for a very nice, high up in legal and business man at U Music - I think I may have to use my joker card here just for our combined benefit and contact him and ask him if he knows anything. If that WHOLE level was reserved for industry then that is something I would really, really like to know not least because I have industry chums who insist that no tickets were on the move in the industry.0 -
The whole of Level 1 for 'industry/VIP/press/guests & those that tag along' seems excessive. It's about 300 seats, isn't it? Seems a lot. Wondering if some seats WILL surface eventually......0
