Anyone ever buy tickets too early???????

I think at this point what is upsetting is that we still dont have a clear statement from 10C.

buying tickets is a stress filled job anyway. Not knowing for sure what is going on here makes it worse.

I just think it needs to be put in the clear by the 10C. Most of us try to do things the right way and want to do things the right way.

it is not an issue of the buy sign showing up early or clocks on the screen or any of that shit... thats not what happened... it is an issue of creating the buy sign early with a product link and usurping the system to buy them even before they are offered...

I had to call the fanclub and order tickets manually. :oops: One staffer told me to call back the next day - a few minutes EARLY to get all my information. Doing as I was told - I called at 5 minutes before the on-sale time. A different worker answered the phone and said that I had to CALL BACK after after 10 a.m. :evil: According to my watch, clock, computer and phone - IT WAS AFTER 10 A.M. The clocks in their offices must be slow. :roll:

Didnt think you COULD call and order and manually... if you did... were you successful? I'm guessing no... or you wouldn't have the little devil face on your post. Correct?

The little devil face was because I had to call back in a matter of seconds! He could have just put me on hold and got the person with whom I needed to speak. :roll: We got everything straightened out and I got my tickets.
