Anyone ever buy tickets too early???????

Can anyone please offer me an explanation on how this is possible or if it's happened to anyone else? I was clicking/refreshing away right at 10am and I was able to get 1 pair for San Diego. I paid for them I got my order received confirmation and then later I got this...

I emailed and asked how it happened but just got notification that my tickets were cancelled. I searched the message boards, etc. but couldn't find anything about this. I certainly don't want to lose my membership so I'm not trying to make a big deal or start trouble about it, but just want to know how to avoid this again or if it was just bad luck?!!

Anyways, if anyone has an extra SD ticket I'm in need. Thanks.

    I never know what the exact time is. As soon as I see the buy button I click it! Doesn't everyone?

    woah, that is scary. weird. i start refreshing a minute or two before because i never know which clock is right! i mean once they're up, they are fair game....right?? that's why they wait until 10 to put them up?

    I'm pretty sure if you know the SKU number of the item (which could probably be guessed at until it's found) you can go directly to the item before it's posted and buy the tickets... but this would be pretty hard to do as the SKU's are really random or so it seems.

    EDIT: Nevermind, I just tried what I thought would work and it didn't... I have no idea how that happened to you, that's really really weird.

    Clearly that Santos is having a bad day. You did nothing wrong. PJ's 10C crew screwed up and is now passing the blame onto you. That is total BS!!! :roll:

    if that is true, that is a bunch of BS and 10C is wrong. everyone refreshes around the start time because not all clocks are set exactly at the same time. if tickets come up, naturally you're going to click the buy button. if that email is legit, that is just stupid.

    If they do they are not going to tell us about it. That sucks you lost your tickets dude. I think they should at least tell you how that was possible if you truly didn't do anything wrong. And if you did, then... karma is a bitch.

    Yeah I kept getting that message during Philly 2. Even though there was a buy button, once i attempted to add them to my cart it said they were not for sale, but this was going on 5 minutes into the sale. eventually they were added to my cart.
