  • They should add like 5 crap tracks like Foxy Mop and make the album 70 minutes. Of course if you heard the album was 70 minutes long and then saw this was the case everyone'd be pissed.

SAY IT AIN'T SO!!!!!!!!! AND YOU KNOW THERE'S MANY SONGS FROM THIS SESSION TO CHOOSE FROM. WHY NOT THROW A COUPLE MORE ON THERE? I DON'T UNDERSTAND THESE GUYS SOMETIMES. IF THEY'RE NOT GIVING US A "FULL" LENGTH ALBUM THEN WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR IT. I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD THESE LITTLE 2-3 MINUTE SONGS ARE (OR AREN'T). YOU'D THINK WITH A BAND LIKE THIS AND IN A TIME WHEN OUR ECONOMY IS LIKE THIS, THEY'D GIVE US A REASON TO GIVE THEM OUR MONEY AND GIVE US OUR MONEY'S WORTH. I'D SAY THIS ONE HAS ABOUT $7-$8 WORTH OF MUSIC ON IT. BUT INSTEAD WE'LL HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR A VERY SHORT CD. AND USING INTO THE WILD AS A COMPARISON DOESN'T COUNT. THAT WAS DIFFERENT. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT THIS GERMAN MAGAZINE HAS RECEIVED FALSE INFO, BUT IF NOT, WE DESERVE MORE.

    What's with the fucking caps-lock??

Anyway, Revolver by the Beatles runs 34:58

Also, you say that the album will have "ABOUT $7-$8 WORTH OF MUSIC ON IT. BUT INSTEAD WE'LL HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR A VERY SHORT CD." Newsflash, dude: you don't have to pay for music if you don't want to. You can easily download it.

just for the record...abbey road was only 47 minutes, rubber soul was only 30 minutes. i don't buy records for length, i buy for quality. and i don't buy a record cause of a bonus dvd, b sides, stickers etc.... I buy a record because i wanna hear the music. whether it was a 3 week recording process or 7 years. A good album is a good album and this one hasn't even come out yet.

I wonder if the OP goes into record stores and looks on the back for total running time before buying a CD.
