My picks, for what they're worth:

Patriots but I expect it to be close with the Ravens taking cheap shots to hurt Gronk and take him out of the game. Whoever wins, it'll be controversial for cheap shots, bad calls or non-calls.

Dallas because I think Rodgers is hurt more than anyone is letting on and his mobility will be drastically reduced and all the pressure is on GB, playing at home, favored to win, etc. Don't really care any which way.

Indy because Peyton is playing hurt as he looked like the Pilsbury Dough Boy with all the padding he had on around his ribs. He also seems to be throwing way more wounded ducks than usual and thems are ripe for the pickings. Plus they're home and favored to roll. Playoff football is a different season all together AND 6 of the last 9 Super Bowl winners played wild card weekend. I think the by week hurts teams more than it helps.

Seattle because well, the Panthers just suck.

    Peace.

    Agree, agree.

As a Patriots fan from the long suffering Shaefer stadium with aluminum benches, Daryl Stingley days, this is hilarious! Fuck the Raiders!

I disagree with your Dallas, green bay, and Seattle picks. I understand your logic behind your picksexcept for green bay. Rogers was hurt against Detroit in week 17 during the second half and lit up that top 3 Detroit defense. Plus, GB has a much better running attack than Detroit. The Dallas defense isn't nearly as good and I think green bay rolls.

The Colts traded the pick back before everyone except the Brown's upper management knew Richardson sucked.

I was super excited about the move at the time. Earlier this year, I was pondering if hoping he would suffer a season ending injury would make me a bad fan. It was like playing with 3 downs instead of 4 when he was on the field.

It's probably the only good personnel move the browns have made in 5 years!
I take solace in the fact that the Browns parlayed the first round pick into Johnny Football.

The equilibrium of the universe has been restored.

No upsets? If you had to pick 1 upset, who would you pick?

Another habit says it's in love with you
Another habit says its long overdue
Another habit like an unwanted friend
I'm so happy with my righteous self

normally i'd say the ravens but the pats just seem so much better than in the years when the ravens beat them in foxborough. ravens also had a pretty easy schedule and squeaked in, while the pats have been tested all season and have the 1 seed.

What most people don't take into account is that T-Rich is now 3rd string. That gives Luck an extra 5-9 plays a game instead of wasting a down on a 2 yard run on first down.

It took Pagano a year to figure this out, but so be it.

True. But that also means that the Colts have zero running game at all for the Broncos to be concerned with. Luck is awesome, but you have to be able to run the ball at least a little bit.

I'm picking Carolina. Not to win, to cover.

Luck can run the ball as good as anyone.

Well if Luck is the Colts main running threat, they have zero chance to win.

i think the score will be something like 23-9 or so. i just don't see carolina being able to do anything against that defense. people talk about how dangerous the panthers are, but these last 5 games have come against 4 bad teams and a 4th string qb last week.

For me to understand the concept of a running game, I have to go watch the highlight reals of Edgerrin James

I have to miss the Pats/Ravens game today. Bummer. That's the match-up that most interests me.

I could see ravens and/or cowboys but, point spread aside, neither would be an "upset" to me. coboys are 13-4, 8-0 on the road....how are they going to "upset" anyone? previous pats/ravens games show us to expect a close one.

carolina and/or indy would be true upsets but I don't see either happening.

Really, you don't see Indy winning? Peyton didn't exactly have a stellar month in December. Lost to CIN. And he was not himself. I can see IND winning this one.

    Agree, agree.

As a Patriots fan from the long suffering Shaefer stadium with aluminum benches, Daryl Stingley days, this is hilarious! Fuck the Raiders!
