    yes. it was stupid and unnecessary and cost his team field position.

    I just read that Chris Long's great-uncle was Empire Strikes Back director Irvin Kershner. I knew Howie is his old man, but had no clue he was related to Kersh.

    During the offseason I think I actually go through a mild depression.

    Have you ever seen "The Best Of Times"? That's probably my favorite football movie. It's more of a comedy and it has Kurt Russell and Robin Williams.

    And for The Longest Yard, watch the original with Bert Reynolds, not the Adam Sandler remake.
