    Looking at buying the boots again now, but does anyone know if nugs are anywhere near up to date. Don't want to order now and end up like it did before Xmas!!

    Someone posted yesterday that they would ship within 10 or so hours and be delivered in 5-8 days, unless I read it wrong. Not sure of the source where the poster got that from. I just bought C'ville and Charlotte.

    7 week wait between bootleg releases. Doesn't appear that was long enough for nugs or whoever to figure out what they're doing. What should be disc 1 and disc 2 of C'Ville downloaded as 1 disc so I have 2 songs for each track #, totally messing up the play order.

    I noticed my email confirmation didnt say contact nugs for shipping info..said contact shipping at 10club...

    That's weird. Cause when you place an order for the CD, it say's "If you have any questions about your bootleg CD order, please contact: Nugs" .. http://pearljam.com/goods/product_info.php?cPath=11&products_id=2342

    So, I thought the free bootleg codes you got for your membership were good for $9.99 off a CD but
    I keep getting "invalid code".

    Anyone else use one on a cd?

    Nope, code is only valid for the mp3 download.

    You can use the code against a FLAC download though and pay the difference. I've done it many times.

    Ordered Charlotte last night. Received shipment tracking number this afternoon, saying that it has already shipped. Email came from Nugs.......we'll see.....

    I ordered Philly 1&2 and Brooklyn 1 on Jan 14th. I got a confirmation on Jan 29th from Nugs with a tracking number. Then on Feb 9th I got a confirm from 10c that my order was shipping within 24 hours. Since I've got the nugs with tracking #, it has said electronic shipping info received, shipper has been electronically notified to expect your package. That hasn't changed in over 2 weeks. Dump this hippy company already. They suck.

    Ordered 3 boots Wed..got email from nugs today saying shipped..poster and sticker confirmation came from 10club..I assume they are shipped and arrive separately..

    purchased 3 boots last Wednesday checked tracking today says they will be delivered tomorrow. Not bad. Has anyone heard anything about the delivery time for the posters that went on sale last week?

    Then maybe try emailing them? They have always responded to me. It is possible the post office lost them. Posting on the board own;t solve anything,

    And its funny, prior to the issues last two months, I don't recall a lot of people complaining about them in 2011,2012, or the South American shows in 2013. My order form last week shipped and will arrive tomorrow.
