    They did.
    I got an email a couple of days ago from Nugs.net with the download code for Hartford.
    CD shipped yesterday, I ordered on Xmas.
    They should give download codes 100% of the time when ordering the physical CD... what effin difference does it make to them (except for shaking a few more bucks out of the impatient?)

    I ordered 2 shows I was giving as Christmas gifts on 12/13. Got a shipping notification(which was apparently a software error) and had my card charged on 12/16. Arrival of the disks 1/10. Just amazing. In this day in age that fulfillment is horrible. What is worse is that most merchants don't charge until they ship. Charging my card almost 30 days before shipping makes me mad. The communication through the whole process was extremely suboptimal as well. All in all the 10C should be providing some sort of explanation to this whole fiasco to everyone who ordered and had something like this happen.

    Received Hartford and Baltimore today. Haven't listened yet. I swear, after they messed up one of my Worcester discs (which I have yet to receive the replacement of), and if the Hartford or Baltimore discs are fucked up I'm raising funds to start my own Nugs/Kufala competitor... Quit smoking dope and produce a decent product, Nugs.

    I hope Ten Club is looking for an alternative. Third party dealings with Nugs is the absolute worst.

    Check disc 2 & 3 from Hartford. Many, including me have 2 second gap between songs.

    People are acting like it has always been like this with Nugs and it has not. This gang or herd mentality is taking over.

    The issue of the delay over the last month or so needs to be addressed between Nugs and 10c. But prior to that this year I had the first 5 shows all shipped out within a week of ordering. The 2nd Brooklyn show shipped about 10 days after I ordered. The same for the South American boots earlier this year. Same for the 2012 shows. But people always forget that stuff.

    Sorry I freaked out last night but I just felt like enough was enough. This is my first time dealing with Nugs so you're probably right as far as the past experiences with them. Perhaps they were fine.

    I didn't jump on any wagon and it's not hurd behavior for me, I just expect that when you order something and give a company your money that they'll do what's expected of them.... Send you your merchandise. Oh, and not damaged. Everyone should be receiving store credit for these delays and the damaged cd's should be replaced, no questions asked.

    It would be nice to get some sort of statement from the 10c regarding the situation and the expected release schedule. If they continue on with the 2 show per week release method, there are 7 weeks to go until all shows will be released. If they start back up today, which I have no reason to believe they will, that puts us into mid-March until all shows are released. This is all a best case scenario which assumes no more delays either. For those of us who forked out $375 for the bootleg box, I think it's crazy that the wait is becoming this long. It looks like the earliest we should expect to get the box will be sometime in April. I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't have bought the box if they knew it would take so long. I don't think getting some type of update is too much to ask...

    I think this is the part that is adding to the frustration. It appears Nugs' vacation schedule and inability to deal is now delaying the release, of, you know - the actual Music!!!!

    I ordered the CDs and can wait (I'd honestly wait longer for them to get it right and not screw up the burn), but the apparent delay in playing and releasing any further boots due to their terrible service is problematic to say the least.

    If the 2 are in no way connected, I will happily withdraw my (further) criticism. But, it would be quite the coincidence, and I don't believe in 'em.
