I'm surprised people ordered the boxset as soon as it went on sale. It was pretty obvious it wouldn't ship until all boots had been released which would be 3/4 months after the first boot got released.

I just got word from Nugs that they are shipping all Hartford replacements today and tomorrow, which they say should bring them current.
They said that the real tidal wave was caused by the Black Friday FRACK sale for which 10c gave nugs no prior notice. Nugs was therefore not prepared for the volume of orders. So I imagine that, coupled with the xmas rush and employees vacation schedules probably left them very short-handed. This led to shipping delays and errors in production, snowballing into further delays...

Once again, patience has been restored by a little communication from Nugs.
Its just nice to be informed. (hint hint 10c)

I emailed 10C yesterday and they said are starting the bootlegs up again in a couple of weeks.

Pass the buck Very nice and comforting (not). Who cares if there was a sale they didn't know about? So, they had to burn 1,000 CDs instead of 100. It's fning burning cds. Not rocket science. Stay a couple hours longer.

And, it sound partially like bull shit b/c most of the delays came from orders AFTER Thanksgiving and not that sale itself. Yes, that could have set them back, but then why weren't some of those delayed? Only the mid-December and January orders were delayed?

Communication is good and would help the situation. But, when it's so transparent, the whole truth is usually better than taking a grain of it and pretending it's the entire beach.

Received 2 packages today - one I ordered on 29th Nov and the other one on 23rd Dec. Waiting for the ones ordered on 2nd and 16th Dec!

Agree - I assumed March time frame the way things were being released. Wish they wouldn't have billed us until it shipped, but it ws the deal, just didn't think it was going to be 6 months of waiting. I hope they give the pre-order folks something special but that's wishful thinking I'm sure.

Some orders were fulfilled in a timely fashion , so therefore they're lying? You don't know (and neither do I) what the method is for 10c to send the nugs orders over for processing. Where did you come up with 1000 CDs? I think you are way underestimating the number of members ordering bootlegs with that 20% sale. Many members wait all year specifically for that sale. Meanwhile, nugs has bootlegs productions going on for many other bands too.
But you know this already don't you?, because you clearly know everything.

I ordered Vault #2 and #3 during the 20% off sale. If it's a CD I wanted but can wait a while to buy I always wait for the yearly sale. I imagine I'm not the only one. It's a good time to order cd's.

I imagine nugs is a fairly small operation (judging by how they can afford to close down for christmas and what not). A spike in volumes could really backlog a small corporation like that.

On top of burning the discs. Don't they have to print the artwork onto the discs, print the artwork into the stickers, adhere the stickers onto the cardboard sleeve, put them in an envelope, label them, then mail them? It's a little more work than just burning an unlabeled disc.

I find their excuse plausible. The 10c is a pretty small operation too, and we all know first hand they aren't the greatest conveyers of info. It's not out there at all that the 10c wouldn't tell them they were having a sale, and they would get a spike on orders.. lol.

Don't think this week. No new bootlegs were played over the past weekend on SiriusXM Pearl Jam radio. No radio play, no Wednesday purchasing.

Hopefully this weekend they will be back to their regular schedule programming. I want my Portland, Spokane, Vancouver & Seattle show's in all it's 24Bit Flac-HD glory .. STAT!!!!
