I can't decide what poster I want to frame, just hoping the Mrs will let me have one room to go crazy in.Arms wide open with the sea as my floor.0

I love the triple mat. It keeps the original look of the poster without accenting one particular color.
Stupid question... How do you keep the poster from moving in the frame? In high school we did some mating and we would tape the art to the mat with scotch or masking tape. You can't do that with these.2000-09-01 Camden NJ

mylar pockets or photo mounting corners work nicely0 -
I believe my framers used some kind of tape to mount it to the backing board. I was very specific about it being 100% reversible and they said it's like museums use or something so it's got to be OK. The poster has a slight wave in it from being rolled, but I guess that's my fault for not flattening it before taking it in. They said that it will flatten in frame over time.0

Just be careful with the tape. I've had stuff framed "100% archival safe/museum quality" only to have the print get wavy from the tape. I personally prefer the mylar corners but to each their own.0 -

the wavy from the tape is because the framer used too much water... done right you should not see any water activated hinges on the back of art work.10.31.93 / 10.1.94 / 6.24.95 / 11.4.95 / 10.19-20.96 / 7.16.98 / 7.21.98 / 10.31.00 /8.4.01 Nader Rally/ 10.21.01 / 12.8-9.02 / 6.01.03 / 9.1.05 / 7.15-16,18.06 / 7.20.06 / 7.22-23.06 / Lolla 070 -

I believe it was 1/4 inch pink matte on bottom, 1.5 inch black matte on top, and a black metal frame.0 -
Here's my Pink AC
