Lou I am loving the tinfoil method of cooking. Can you dutch oven it too if say, you didn't have any?Loujoe said:Have a great Guatemalan butcher. Me..."give me 6 sausages please"

Doubled up Tin foil makes for an easy clean up. Have to watch the heat. maybe keeps steam and heat 'tighter'? Usually use direct heat then indirect. Easier for single/double servings. My Dutch oven is a little too big.0 -

More salmon. This time a salmon burger and Parmesan fingerling potatoes in Vancouver. So yummy.0 -

Today’s eats in Vancouver. All was delicious. Lunch was Korean fried chicken over rice with avocado and green onion. Dinner was lemongrass Thai salad with rice noodles, greens, and salmon with a sweet chili dressing. The soft ice cream had a puff pastry on the bottom and was topped with crushed Frosted Flakes and dried blueberries. So good.Post edited by GlowGirl on0 -

My Dutch oven is a little too big.simply means you need a smaller dutch oven.what grill do you use? It's been great. The salmon is delicious. I got a run in yesterday - I really needed that. I have only run twice since I have been on vacation. I think I gained 5 pounds. Hopefully, it will come off easily when I get home. But all the food I have had here has been greatF Me In The Brain said:You are eating all of the salmon!

You are lucky to have escaped a classic New York heat wave. If it is unpleasant here in Westchester, the city must be brutal. I've been to Vancouver once and it is spectacular. Not many places where you can look to your left and see an ocean, then look to your right and see real mountains.0 -

Gas. And I'll throw a small stick or 2 on sometimes. Have charcoal too. Rarely use it. Gas is convenient.0 -

In late Spring you can ski/snowboard and be swimming in the ocean 30 mins later if you want to. Great food from all cultures too 😋Loujoe said:
