In for Fri & Sun with a ballgame or Disney day in between! Had enough travel points to cover flights and hotel so couldn’t resist.

    Regarding Eddie and Friends:

Towards the end of the set, Jeff comes out to join Ed for Bee Girl, Stone walks out on stage after the song to join the band for Alive, then Mike comes out to start YL and the new drummer is introduced at that moment.

What ballgame? I'm also in for just Friday & Sunday and might be looking for something to do on Saturday.

I got tickets for Sunday!! Just got regular admission, anyone know if VIP really worth it? More than triple the price so skipped on it but was tempted.
    Not worth it at all
@gotthebottle is 100% correct...unless you need to feel pampered, there is no reason to pony up for VIP.  The first time seeing PJ at Ohana had me standing along a fenceline on the viewers left of the stage...stunningly, the VIP's were on the other side of the fence--behind me.

Matt Chamberlain is the drummer for The Format.  Is he going to do double duty for PJ?

Pretty sure he is just a studio drummer for them

Padres are at home against the Diamondbacks but I expect we’ll end up at Disney that day if my wife has anything to say about it 😆.

Disneyland has some amazing churros! So you got that going for ya... which is nice.
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

I tease her but truth is I love it just as much. We’re ride junkies for sure. Managed to do 26 rides in one day once 😂

This will be my first Ohana. Don't want to start a new thread. What hotel should I stay at, and should I rent a car or is ride share pretty easy in and out of the show? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

So do the Padres!  They do NOT have chili dogs, though, as my 4yo unfortunately found out last year during an Ohana break.  We did find a good one at the Santa Monica pier, but apparently he was confused about what a chili dog was and was expecting a banana split  :D

I do see that it saves $125, but I think the Saturday skippers are missing out! I started listening to a Tyler Childers playlist and he's awesome.

That's my feeling, too.  Maybe not the songs, but the roll out.  It's going to be someone playing at the festival and at this point I would not be at all surprised if it was Kahokiss.

Stephen Wilson Jr. covers Hunger Strike (along with bunch of other great covers) so I wonder if we get that with Eddie Saturday?

Good luck finding a place to stay and you need a car unless you plan on taking Lyft.
PM me if you want. I've gone to every Ohana and am kinda local

Rideshare before the show is fine, but after the show it can be a hot mess. Everyone leaving at the same time means a lot of traffic and long waits for rideshare. I think we ended up calling a taxi company dispatch a couple years ago since I was hesitant to get in a random car just sitting around without knowing that they actually worked with a legit taxi company.
    First show: Mansfield N1 1998
    Last show: Pittsburgh N2 2025
