Ah yes Arc! Heard it N3 of the “Experiment”!
Saw Arc at a solo show. Not even sure what part he was singing. Song + us cheering +Him waving.  Like miliy vanilli. Humming a bit over a track

My wish list would be to hear Release and Arc. Do you think there's any chance of Eddie doing Arc? Maybe it doesn't fit the vibe of Ohana.
Better odds for Release since Arc hasn’t been played since 2003. But they have pulled some surprises at Ohana.
Zero chances for Arc. They even edited it out of the boots.
Didn’t you say zero chance of PJ @ Ohana? 😂 simmer down kid 😝

In for Fri & Sun with a ballgame or Disney day in between! Had enough travel points to cover flights and hotel so couldn’t resist.
What ballgame? I'm also in for just Friday & Sunday and might be looking for something to do on Saturday.
Padres are at home against the Diamondbacks but I expect we’ll end up at Disney that day if my wife has anything to say about it 😆.
    Thanks!

    That's an option for Saturday.

Pearl Jam played Arc 9 times to represent the 9 fans lost so I think as a band they will never play it again

Ed has done it solo a few times so I guess you never know

Wow, I knew about the 9 times they played it in 2003 and cut it out of the boots (any secrets on how to hear those renditions?), but didn't realize PJ had never done it since then. Google says Eddie has done it in 2012, but that's still 14 years ago! I agree chances are slim.

    Eddie, if you're listening....

But I fully understand if it needs to be done at a more solemn occasion. Just give me a heads up when it's going to happen, and I'll do whatever it takes to get there!

A YouTube commenter said they heard it 8 years ago in Amsterdam. It looks like that would be May 29, 2017. So we have 2003, 2012, and 2017 (edit: also, 2008, 2009, & 2011). I feel like that puts 2026 in the running. But on the flip side, I don't know if Ohana has the vibe for it.

We started working on the Eddie Vedder and Friends merch a few weeks back, and it has been fun to explore ways to include "the friends" in the merch and to think of new and different items.

As someone who knows a little bit about what is happening at this show, I would highly suggest not missing out on Ed's Friday set. I really think it will be a special one.

Would it even be appropriate to request Arc at the solo show, if such an opportunity happened? I know it's a very solemn thing. But when I listen to it, I feel like Eddie could heal the whole world if I heard it live!

I originally thought it might be a cameo or two with most of the earthlings.  But this is bigger.  If “friends” are being considered in the conception of the merch, a pretty good bet that there are some big time names showing up.

With Jack White, Beck and Ben Harper having conflicts with their own touring, who are some of the candidates?

Jack Johnson plays The Gorge on 9/26 so he is unlikely.

    Bruce?
    Neil?
    Bono/The Edge?
    Roger Daltrey?
    Stipe?
    McCartney?
Mike Campbell and Benmont for a Petty Tribute?
    Niall Finn?

I think the list will include names from this: Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Paul McCartney, the Stones, Flea, Neil Young, Pete T. So many of these guys operate in Andrew Watt's world and have recorded with EV that if its really as special as we're being led to believe, that maybe a couple of them are part of the bill.

Totally forgot about the all star group he was with in Port Chester. Some of those folks maybe.

Morello, Frusciante and Cantrell on guitar would be epic too

    Hoping you get Release.

I really would love to hear Oceans for the second time on show 100, but if you haven't gotten Release yet, I'd cede to that request.

Either way, enjoy. Anytime we get to hear them live it is a special.

Wash at Ohana please! It looks like it hasn't been played in the state of California since 1994!  Lot's of shows since then.
