I wonder if someone dropped out and PJ was a last minute fill in. Would explain Mike’s interview. Because that’s a pretty rough looking festival lineup without PJ IMO
Please keep wrong opinions out of this thread!

I was convinced this was going to happen and then convinced that it wasn't.

Maybe they'll borrow the drummers from the other acts at the festival and rotate a different one in for each song Pearl Jam plays.

Yep....they can play 6 nights at the Kia Forum.  Surprised they are not headlining Saturday.

Don’t think Mike lied it’s one show. Easily can have Josh or Chad smith fill in for a festival set.

    Eddie Vedder and friends Fri
Tyler Childers Sat (dude is playing baseball stadiums)
    Pearl Jam Sun
Those are solid headliners for a Edder Vedder run festival and the undercard is solid. Don’t sleep on P.E.S.T.
I’m sure this was their plan all along.

Ed got tired of arguing over a new drummer and just announced the band was playing Ohana. Nothing like a deadline to get something done!

if they do not have a drummer by that time, I am putting my money on Chad Smith for the show since Eddie will need a drummer and it is Eddie and Friends on Friday
