Is that mozzarella? or is that a different type of cheese? The little blisters on the crust are interesting too.

I'm trying to figure out why It might look different than people would expect. What other toppings are on there> I see pepperoni, and it looks like some ham too. Is there mushrooms buried under the cheese as well? I mentioned the crust because I'm not used to seeing the tiny little bumps

Oh, is there white cream on there as well? No tomato sauce? That could explain it. I don't think anything is necessarily, "wrong". Just different than I'm used to seeing. Like with the way the crust has browned, I would also expect to see browning on the cheese. I just love pizza and seeing the differences in how people make it in different countries. As someone that likes making pizza at home, I was just interested into why the crust had those tiny bubbles. When I make bread at home, if I spray it with some water, you sometimes see tiny crispy bubbles like that. Is it humid where you live? Maybe the moisture in the air is responsible. Maybe the level of hydration in the dough. I'm the kind of guy who likes to find out why things happen. Probably one reason I work in science.

Those bubbles look like spilled cheese that got on the crust.

Those bubbles are not unusual up here in NY. I believe it is intentional and part of the dough recipe. It is a nice change from the traditional doughy crust.

Here is what AI had to say about it:
Pizza dough with a bubbly, blistered crust is achieved through high-hydration dough (65-75%+), long cold fermentation (24-72 hours), and high-temperature baking. These bubbles, or "leopard spotting," are formed by trapped carbon dioxide released by yeast during fermentation.

Artichoke pizza in NYC made cream sauce on pizza a thing. Too heavy for me.
