    I am very happy to announce that my 6 Lou Malnati's pizzas will indeed be arriving today.

    But I was prepared if tragedy struck and my pizzas did not arrive. Yesterday I made about 5lbs of chili! Turned out delicious. 
    Take me piece by piece.....

    I’ve never been to the Jersey boardwalk, but when someone mentioned that there was a place that used sharp white cheddar on their pies, I was intrigued. Manco & Manco. Upon doing some research I found a copycat recipe from someone claiming to have worked for a competitor, and made a copycat: so I used that recipe and made a cheese and a pepperoni!
