    9F and wind chill below zero. Looks like no more snow. Coldest winter in a decade. I always find it funny when warm climates get a little snow or cold weather. State of emergency!

    I will be jumping in the ocean this coming Sunday. It'll be 18 degrees out.  This will be the third time ever that the water will be warmer than the outside air for me.  I've been doing this since I moved back to NY 13 years ago.

    This is a huge event for the area.  There will be no parking because it hasnt melted and the town hasnt cleaned it up.

    The boardwalk is still frozen solid... Its even more dangerous to walk on when its wet or frozen.

    Not sure what the turnout will be like.  It was really cold last year and not nearly as many people came out in support.

    But in saying all that, I will be there. Drinking moonshine in honor of my month long alcohol fast. Donating to a good cause.

    Oh and freezing my yeah-yeahs off.

    My buddy makes the shine, not back woods I don't think.  Mock shine.  Makes it w something but adds cinnamon and apples to it. I drink 2 of those suckers and I feel good, lol. He puts them in Mason jars too.
