    Jonny’s on orchard st in NYC. It was good. Scarrs a few blocks away is better. Believe it or not, that slice was scorching hot.

    They were all pretty tasty. I’m just trying to get my dough right. I need it to be just a bit more elastic. It’s all still a work in progress.

    For MNF… had a few people stop by, shared a chicken cutlet w/prosciutto panini / amazing meatballs and a nice wood fire white pie with olive oil… added aged balsamic for the win

    Lou's frozen pizzas are fantastic. They are almost better than going to the restaurant. I say that because I love cooking them and having my entire house smell like Lou's Haha.

    And it truly tastes EXACTLY as if you were sitting at their restaurant. 
    Take me piece by piece.....

    For sure…I usually get 2 sausages/ 2 pepperoni/ 2 cheese… I wanna try the spinach but always don’t other with it… I remember Lolla Soundgarden… waited on the rail all day… 95 degrees, sat thru some shit music and what got me thru? I knew I’d crush some Lous deep dish after surviving the day and the mass exodus after…. I still remember inhaling it like never before, then I rolled to my hotel… not walked, fuckin rolled or waddled … so worth it
