    Happy New Year everyone! Tonight I made deep dish! This one is homemade 10 inch hot Italian sausage and pepperoni. I am quite pleased with the results.

    Thank you! I will definitely be making them again. Going to try a different crust next time. A little bit thicker.

    Yes it blows.  
    Get more used to it as time goes on but it makes it easier to just stay in one section, imo.
    Which is fine. AET is much more enjoyable than some of the other areas.

    Inflation has really done a number of the price of a Pizza.

    What used to be a "cheap" take away option, is now way to expensive.
