    We recently got a pizza oven. These are some of my creations so far.

    Jonny’s on orchard st in NYC. It was good. Scarrs a few blocks away is better. Believe it or not, that slice was scorching hot.

    They were all pretty tasty. I’m just trying to get my dough right. I need it to be just a bit more elastic. It’s all still a work in progress.
