    Ok. Good soul.
I have a nice chunk of pork meat in a bourbon marinade overnight.
Bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, pepper flakes (had a dried scotch bonnet pepper, ripped it up and threw it in) olive oil, splash balsamic, cracked pepper.
Will cook that bitch tomorrow. Have some chick peas soaking overnight too. Might do a little brown rice with it.
    Food for the week.

My wife got violently sick on stuffed peppers over a decade ago and refuses to eat them now. Prior to that we used to have them 8-10 times a year. These look amazing.

I cooked for several years on the Vegas Fire Dept. I once tried stuffed peppers but didn’t know the meat was supposed to be precooked. Did I have a recipe? Did I miss that step? I don’t remember but the results were not good.

maybe your wife got hers “wobbie style.”
