Yep. That is lame. I wonder what people are thinking.
I heard a story, good restaurant, bad server. Someone asked for their leftovers to go. Server dropped meat on ground in front of guest, then packed it up for her to take home.
I'd probably still eat it, (burn all the germs and bugs off in a hot pan)

    Most would not.

I think it has a lot to do with the lack of training and supervision. I worked as a server for a while. Loved it.

I read it was national burger day today. Fired up the blackstone and made a couple smash burgers. Simple and tasty.

I like mine with mayo, onion, extra pickle.
What do you put on yours?
One of them I went classic. Ketchup, mustard, pickles, rehydrated onions. The other one has a spicy aioli and pickled jalapeno
One burger I have still yet to try?
    A 'juicy lucy".
It's on my bucket list of burgers.
Juicy Lucys are great. I will make them at home occasionally. I use two 80/20 patties between 2-3 oz each. I then fold a slice of american cheese into quarters and make a little stack. Place the stack in the center of one patty and then place the other patty on top and seal the edges. Toast the bun in some butter and then fry your patty. BAM! Juicy Lucy.

Last night I had band practice, and I grabbed dinner at the bar. The daily special was a pork katsu curry, and it was super tasty!

Love some Thai food. Tonight I was craving a pork chop. So I made a pork chop with a mustard pan sauce, mashed potatoes and fried apples.

Went to the Mariners game today. Decided to let the crowd clear out on the light rail. Got dinner at the Metropolitan Grill. Here’s a 14 oz American wagyu NY strip aged in bourbon. It’s so tender and delicious.

    ^^
I have always been a fan of the ribeye, and I love a good porterhouse. Lately though I have been ordering a Strip. For decades I always ordered a baked potato but for the last couple years I have switched to mashed.

Not that any of you give a rats ass.

Please do not get me started on wagyu beef. Probably the biggest scam ever in the Aus/US beef industry. It does look good though!

Rats ass is only good when in stews, imo.
