I made another batch of biscuits today because I thought I could do better. I also had leftover chicken in needed to use. It also gave me the chance to make some quick strawberry shortcakes.

Was a little more aggressive with the jalapeños,left in most seeds, and added a serrano pepper with the poblanos too. Added a splash of beer, can of drained beans and had some Colombian sausage. Pureed it up and was a little too spicy. Added a small handful of sugar to contrast the heat.
    Tastes good.
Just had a spoonful so far.

Would be good to smother a burrito or roast with pork chops.
Whatever. Just fun to mess around.

Hooked on tomatillos. Simple, different & delicious. The sugar helped a lot. Had a couple chips with some.
    Larry d wouldn't like it ;)

Band practice tonight, which means Taco Tuesday at the bar next to our space. 6 beef, a shot of Espolon Blanco, and a Tecate
