    What happened? The doors at Highmark gate were orderly when they opened.

    Because they flip it to fund their tour. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong, but it is still the fans/people with tickets buying the stuff.

    What happened? The doors at Highmark gate were orderly when they opened.
    Was fine until about the first 50ish ppl got in then a bunch of assholes bum rushed from the left where the line had turned back up the hill. A whole big group of about 100 ppl just bullied their way in and cut in front of ppl who’d been waiting in line for over an hour like normal, respectful, organized human beings.

    To be fare to Pittsburgh, these shows are attracting people from everywhere. The locals are probably a minority in the arena.

    People in general just suck more and more every day, but the low volume of really shitty people seem to be upping their game at setting a low bar for human interaction and really maximizing their influence on the rest of us. I hope Karma eats these fuckers for lunch.

    Absolutely correct.  Otherwise any mention of any of the sports teams, players, etc. would have resulted in a much louder response if they were mostly from Pittsburgh.

    Go see my posts in the Indy 2025 thread. Nothing surprises me anymore. They had a combined GA/lawn seating area that sat there all day in the 90°+ heat with no shade. As time drew nearer a 2nd line formed then it became a free for all. People from all directions.

    I saw this nonsense in Toronto in 2016 when the 10C ticket pick up spot was across the corridor from the merchandise stand. Way too many fans ignored the obvious line for merchandise that stretched down the length of the corridor after getting their tickets and proceeded to inject themselves at the front of the merchandise line.  Thankfully, the number of kind, honest, and empathetic people still out numbers the selfish and ignorant people. As someone said above, the numbers of the latter group do unfortunately feel like they're rising.

    I don't know, people in the past were pretty awful. People used to own other people in this country. They used to sic dogs and water cannons on people in this country. They used to lynch innocent people and hundreds of people would watch for entertainment. When exactly was this halcyon past when people didn't suck?
