Anyone ever ordered posters from The Silent Giants? They’ve done a lot of Jack posters over the years and I like a lot of their work. I placed an order a few weeks ago, the payment went through, but never got a receipt or confirmation email. Tried contacting them through their web form but to date no response. In fairness their website does say “ Being a small shop orders may take 2-4 weeks to process. Thanks for the understanding and supporting independent artists.” I was just curious if others have had the same experience with them. Don’t get me wrong I’m in no rush and totally happy to wait, just found it curious that there was no confirmation email.
Don’t want the above to be interpreted as a complaint or trying to call the artist out, was just curious on other’s experience, with an artist I admire. I’m certainly not looking to tarnish the reputation of any artist / small business.Thanks0 -
How long has it been? Especially if you're at or around the 4 week mark I think it's fair to reach out and at least get a confirmation if not an update.ST66483 said:Anyone ever ordered posters from The Silent Giants? They’ve done a lot of Jack posters over the years and I like a lot of their work. I was going to say maybe try his Instagram (@c_everhart) but looking at the comments on the most recent couple posts there, it looks like there are others with unanswered questions waiting on orders as well. Hope it gets sorted out soon.ST66483 said:Anyone ever ordered posters from The Silent Giants? They’ve done a lot of Jack posters over the years and I like a lot of their work. Finally printed a shipping label 3 weeks after I ordered and then took another 3 days for it to get picked up by USPS. Should be delivered tomorrow so looking forward to receiving it!0 -
Thanks for the responses folks. I’ll give it a bit more time and see what happens, it’s only been 2.5 weeks so far.0

Sound is fine, but the arrangements are not good and Jack sounds winded. There are better options on Nugs.LukinFan said:

I stopped halfway across Illinois to get a big cup. We got home at 2:15, I got up for work at 5. Was worth it. Now I just need to make it through the day at work.DE4173 said:Have fun! I bet it will be worth it! 🤘🔥

I am looking forward to seeing him on this leg, but am trying to mentally prepare for it to go by way too fast. Hope to be blown away because 17 songs and under an hour and a half feels hard to swallow.SVRDhand13 said:I adore Jack, but his setlists are still too short.I also haven’t seen him since the White Stripes in 2005 though and if I remember right, they only played about 1.5 hrs then also. He ripped hard with barely a breath between songs though and covered a lot of material.Post edited by iOnlyownMymind on0
