    Depends on what you care about. The sound in this part of the venue is about as good as it gets being so close to the soundboard. If it's your only show of the DM tour I'd tend to agree with your sentiment since as you mentioned the view ain't great.  But if you've seen a show or two on the tour then you know the visuals are pretty generic and the band is old so there isn't much to see anyway. Better sound wins out for me nine times out of ten.

    Crazy.  I'm 6'2.   For me, if the whole floor is seated.  I'm not very enthusiastic about being more than 20 rows back on the floor.   Once you get past about row 25, the angle with stage still makes it hard to see over everyone.   I'd rather being side stage or in the close wing sections than back of a floor.

    I'm not sure how people deal with floor at stadium concerts where there's over 100 rows.. lol.

    I mean, I prefer wings or GA as well. But when it's tight like it is now, any seat on a 6 city/11 show tour is a good seat lol.
