Thanks. I was checking out some PJ shows and a few other artists. I guess it looked a bit suspicious.

It is but looks like they aren’t cracking down on people at least this yet. A bunch of us got that same exact message, inquired/appealed to TM and were told the accounts were permanently suspended for future use and payment methods removed but could use existing tickets. Then they let us all back in. The longest period I believe was 10 days. I think we deducted that there are two levels. Level One is device/IP specific and Level Two is account specific.

To keep this on track because people will complain. Still looking for Raleigh N1 and what the hell - GA

Yes. That was the same message I got before being banned. The permanent ban message comes after you call to complain about the browsing pause message. However, they have not stuck with the permanent bans and hopefully they won't.

That is what happened to me when I had my ban. It prevents you from buy or selling tickets. Luckily, it all came back for me when they unbanned me. But I think my ban was about 10 days or so.

Yeah I’m pretty sure yours was the longest ban of the cases that we documented on this thread. 

The saved payment information does repopulate. I thought the TM emails might stop but even they restated this weekend. They might not have stopped just nothing to send out over the holidays.

Blocked again. Why, I couldn't tell you. At this point I'm checking the Hollywood and ATL shows every 10-15 minutes or so... just a quick check of each show hoping to get lucky. Accidentally left my mobile app open to one of the shows and when I tried to check again I was blocked. Seems to be account based as it blocks my account on my laptop and on my mobile device on both wifi and 5G. 😬 At least I know it will free up again on its own eventually, but this is really annoying.

I know it sounds like a lot, but are going over 1000 clicks on there in a 24 hour period, even going back and forth between 1 and 2 shows? Those clicks can add up.

Have you seen many pairs for Hollywood N1? I haven't refreshed often so the last pair I saw was when F2F first opened.

Sure if I was in any way precise or regular. It’s rough timing and it’s dependent on what else I’m doing… so I frequently go hours without checking. And sometimes it’s on cellular networks far from home. So… not very bot-like. I really think it has something to do with leaving a show page open on a mobile app and changing the filter or otherwise querying for tickets again after the session has timed out. This is the second time I’ve hit a block after accidentally leaving the app open to a show page for a while, then coming back and checking that same show again.

A few when it first opened. One lower pair about 3 days ago. That’s it.

I've been banned when searching multiple shows, but I'm fine if I search just one show for long periods of time.
