True confession:  We consume a little bit of chicken and use dairy, but rarely eat other kinds of meat.  But it's Christmas, so this morning we had no-chemical added bacon (baked, not fried), homemade waffles, blueberries, real maple syrup, Mechie's #10 blend tea for her, and Pete's black French roast coffee for me.   I'm here to tell you, that was one amazing breakfast!

Larry was at a disadvantage. Take the bands off and make it a fairer fight!

PJ oughta hire all of youse to cater their tours. I know it’s a shit ton of work but man they’d eat well. Probably gain 20-30 pounds and they’d be barely able to move about the stage. In fact, they’d probably have to play from couches and recliners. Nice job everyone!

How did you cook those perogies? Start to finish please. All looks yum.

For the pierogis, we make the stuffing with farmers cheese mixed with some cheddar, boiled skinless potatoes, a whole egg and 1 yolk, a bit of lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Run the cheese and potatoes through a sieve into a bowl then mix in everything else. We make the dough, roll it flat, cut out round pieces using a cup then put some stuffing and fold in half, pressing the edges to close with fork. Boil the completed pierogis in water and then combine with caramelized onions (made w/lots of butter!) and serve those babies with sour cream. Delish! I can PM you the full recipe if you ever want to try making them.
