Like I said, there is virtually no risk it and putting in for every show if you have the funds and can know that you can definitely sell them later and then maybe get lucky with some general admission shows that kind of stuff so basically for the thousands of 10 club members who will go to every show if they get tickets there's no risk of just going for it definitely in my opinion need to go back to the priority system and I really wish 10 club would be in charge0

Totally agree on nontransferable tix. The best system I've seen was for Radiohead way back in 2012. You show up at the gate and give them the CC you bought tix with. They stick the card in the machine and tix print. No CC, no tix. I dunno why everyone hasn't gone to that. Wait, I do, its the money.

They should set up a check that automatically disqualifies any accounts that share a credit card number with other accounts. Eliminate the problem of people setting up 5 accounts and entering the lottery with each one. Then again, TM has zero incentive to do that.Wrigley 7/19/2013

The band stills makes great music, still puts on a great show, and have every right to run their business however they see fit. However, the way in which they currently tour does support a system where only some can see them. Because they only hit certain cities, most have to travel see them which requires the financial and schedule flexibility to do so. Even when they hit major cities where travel may not be required, because they hit so few places on a single leg, it makes it difficult to obtain tickets. If you have the financial flexibility you can put in for all shows and increase your potential odds for winning. If you have the schedule flexibility, you can go anytime during the week or spend the time on f2f to potentially get tickets. Like I said, the band can run their business however they sit fit, but the unintended consequence is the current system where if you have the means you have a much better chance of seeing them live.I gather speed from you fucking with me.0

First off, there's no sane reason for them playing the Hard Rock Hollywood, vs. the Kia Center in Orlando for example, with a much better central location and it has about three times the capacity.
Secondly, you think that they'd have perfected the system after about 34 years. Why should I hang on to a 20+ year old membership (208XXX) if I can't get in the house in my home state for at least one of two shows?Post edited by BF25394 onI gather speed from you fucking with me.0 -

Couple that with the fact that there is no more annual t shirt, gift box for annual members, etc. I think a lot of people are rightfully questioning the value of a membership at this point.
It's not just PJ either. Way too many things are heading this direction. It's becoming untenable.Wrigley 7/19/2013

Here's what I can tell you....It takes them an entire day to cycle through cities with confirmed orders
If there was a second batch happening - which I assumed would happen - they'd have started already
Cancellations are being fixed
Unconfirmed will go out this afternoonor you can come to terms and realize
you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah...
makes much more sense to live in the present tense...

0/2 here. Happy to find my people!
I have no inside knowledge of how this process works but I love to recklessly speculate about thingsMy guess is that they are only doing the lottery once from all entries, then ordering them 1 through whatever, let's say 25000. Then they walk through show by show. For Florida Night 1, they start at #1 and work their way down until all tickets are allotted. Then then go to Florida Night #2 and start at the same #1 entry again and work their way back down. That would make the most sense as to why the distribution is way more 7/8 and 0/8 and why we don't seem to see many 4/8.
Anyway, that's life. On to the Artist Presale!!0 -

My beef, which I'm sure has been beefed about before, is that you can join the 10c a couple of months ago with multiple names from your household and score GA tix to a boatload of shows. While some poor schlub has been paying dues for years gets shut out.
I know seniority has nothing to do with buying tix, only seat assignments, but come on.
And since they have totally put this ticket thing in TM's hands I don't see this changing.
