I wish they'd bring back the odds feature.  That way we'd atleast have an idea of what our chances are.

If this has been discussed already, I apologize. But CAN or CAN'T you sign up for both shows in a given city? I want to go to both Nashville shows but I didn't see an option on the initial request page to pick more than one show. So, I signed up for the 5/6 show. Then, when I went to request the 5/8 show, there's a pop-up that says you already have a request submitted (and the option to cancel your last request). I'm sure I'm missing something, but wanted to how others put in for both nights.
You request both shows at once. In the same request. Cancel your original and create a second request for both shows.
Was able to figure it out. Anyone think there's an advantage in "prioritizing" your selection order? i.e..having 5/8 listed as Request 1 and 5/6 listed as Request 2? I know back before TM got involved, you could rack-and-stack your requests based on submission percentages, but that's no longer the case. I guess it probably doesn't matter nowadays...you still have the same chances of winning no matter the order.

Nope- they took prioritization out of it unfortunately, which I hate. At least with prioritization, in most cases, you had a decent shot at scoring GA or at least seats to the show that you ranked as #1. But now it’s just a completely randomized lottery for each show- it’s a total crapshoot. I hope they fixed the issue of a disproportionate number of people winning GA to both nights of a two-night stand in high-demand cities (e.g., Philly and Seattle on the last tour). It appeared that the way they ran the lottery last time, it was done on a city by city basis, instead of a show by show basis.  If you win GA for one night, you should be disqualified from winning it for the other night to spread the love. But I’m not holding my breath. I suspect that just like last time, we’ll see some people win 10 GAs, while others get shut out entirely.
More likely it's a completely random lottery for each ticket package. That's why we saw (and will see again) people winning multiple shows, because it's just draw a number, sell them all the available tickets they requested.

So, request EVERYTHING you are hoping to get, but be willing to pay for all of those tickets, all at once.

Put in for both FL shows mainly because of the smaller arena. I also put in for the second Nashville sort of reluctantly due to a 600- number. I did select GA/Reserved for this show. Hoping I can get really lucky and get a GA and figure out a swap with someone in lower reserved.

It’s absolute bullshit and won’t be fixed. TM is running it and they don’t care.

One question. I know the TM sales is mostly impossible, but i signed up for that as well just to see. I noticed that all of the shows have the same presale dates and times. I'm not understanding the point of signing up for multiple shows if they are all going on sale at the same time. From what I've seen, it's almost impossible to get anything, let alone move to a different show and try again. I guess you just pick the one you want the most and hope for a miracle?

If we have learned one thing from the last leg of the tour, it's that the last thing you should do is worry if you don't get tickets on day 1. It was unbelievable how many tickets were released closer to the show. From March through April you'll have your pick of seats.

Yep... that is the point.... it's really more for the one show people. Unless you have a bunch of people and you ask try for one show. Don't worry about it.. just wait for the F2F to open closer to show and you'll see 10c people throwing away what they got in hopes of upgrades

This. Multiple windows/devices for a single show isn't allowed, but you can certainly do that for different shows.

Do we know if any of these states have New York/Colorado style scalping laws? I know PA does not. Been a long time since PJ was in some of these other states.

Georgia doesn't have the same scalping laws as NY/Colorado/Illinois. ATL tickets won't be transferable.

I highly doubt any changes have been made. The elimination of priority is a huge bummer and then this change to seemingly draw an entry vs new draw for each show is an even bigger bummer.

That sucks, I do that all the time for Tori Amos but now that I think about it, I think I use different browsers and not windows/tabs in the same browser. So with FIrefox, Edge, and Chrome that's 3, then my phone could be for a 4th show. That usually suffices lol. That and coordinating with friends.

  • Does anyone know for sure if the GA at the Pitts venue is standing only/pit/no chairs?

I thought I saw them in Pitts before and they had folding chairs zip-tied on the floor and no pit. But I could definitely be thinking another venue, another universe, etc.
