Has anyone got any idea how much of the actual cost Ticketmaster intend to keep, as Ticketmaster intend to keep their fees?
    Ticket price £135
    Facility Charge £2
    Service Charge £20.75
    Ticket Value £157.75
    Process Fee £2.75
    So total Charge £160.50
Plus £10 extra for complimentary souvenir ticket, that's basically when we would get pre QR Codes on Phone.

AXS give full refunds on tickets booked through their website but not these ticketmaster crooks who just seem to rip off fans with extra fees, and that demand pricing model for some events.

Do feel for those who have travelled far and booked hotels etc.
    Absolutely disgusting!!!

Show is cancelled and no FULL refund. At least £25 per ticket non refundable.

    That's 3rd tour in a row.

Think I'm over it at this point

Livenation & TM wins ever. Before the show they sell tickets. If the show is cancelled you don't get the fees back! And PJ supports this system. Well done!

Gutted - please consider a UK fan club only show - priority for those who got tickets for this show. Give us something here!

    Love this idea.

But if it did happen, make it somewhere with a decent capacity like Brixton Academy so we can all get in. Not a tiny venue where we're fighting each other for a ticket.
This would be great but i'm not holding my breath..............

So i bought the tickets for London on one credit card, that has since been closed and i don't have the account anymore. The Tcketmaster webpage FAQs is basically useless. Anyone come across this before? I assume I'll just have to try and contact them directly to sort this out. Those Ticketmaster boycott days seem a long time ago now............................................................................................

I know this doesn’t help now but maybe a consideration for the future. I purposely keep my credit card until the last event bought with it is finished. Had to keep one a year longer than planned because I had to use it for World Cup tickets. You just never know what could happen

Hoping everyone gets well soon.   Eddie did seem very sick in Manchester.
This will be my 4th cancellation since 2018.
Maybe a tour of previously cancelled shows at some point.
I am perplexed by the scheduling issues.  After the close of Europe, there’s over a month before US leg 2.  The stadium has technology to protect the pitch so it could have been done before football season.
Or just play wherever can be found in the UK.
  • They’d have been due on stage around now. Think im taking this harder than the previous two cancellations!

I'm not due to the fact the refund is very much welcome (although down £50 for non refundable service charges).

This show was doomed from day 1.

Too complex to change venue and find somewhere available straight after Lisbon

If PJ were playing the Emirates Stadium - sold out show, no illness, guaranteed.

And they’d bottle it with lots of forgotten lyrics and bum notes!  😀
