    Wonder if the person you bought them from paid for the commemorative tix and they got sent to you after the transfer. That would be a score for you and a kick to the groin for the seller. And very plausible because Ticketmaster.

    Just got Vancouver on Friday, after I sent an email asking for them a couple of weeks ago

    Hey, Sea, any chance you could bring this thread to the attention of someone in management who might be able to reach out to their contacts at Ticketmaster and inquire about what needs to be done to get Ticketmaster to fulfill its contractual obligations to the band's fans?

    I am still waiting on six out of ten shows. I followed up with Ticketstoday again today.

    I don't understand why the City and State are not on the Ticket.

    Only having just the Name of the Venue, when they change name/s over the years, makes no sense to me.

    Only having just the Name of the Venue, when they change name/s over the years, makes no sense to me.
    I don't think there's any real confusion about where MGM Grand or most of these arenas are. Something like Rogers could use it since there's a similar named venue in Toronto

    And Rogers Place in Edmonton, too.

    As I mentioned, I followed up today to tell them that I had received some, but not all, of the tickets I purchased. They replied asking me if my mailing address was correct. I'm not sure how they think I received the tickets that I did receive if the issue is that my mailing address is wrong. Anyway, they told me they would be happy to reship the remaining tickets. I also specifically inquired about Vancouver, which they had previously suggested there was some sort of issue with, but they didn't differentiate among the shows in their reply-- not that anyone can put much stock in their messages.

    Anyway, at this point, I need to give them some time to actually reship the missing tickets, and Wednesday is a federal holiday with no mail service, so I'll wait until next Monday before following up again.

    I know you're all hanging on these updates, so here's the latest. They replied and told me, "We have added your orders for 5/4, 5/6, 5/13, 5/16, 5/22 and 5/30 to a list of commemorative tickets that will be reshipped in several days. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the tickets in the mail."

    Fingers crossed.

    If anyone ends up with an extra Sacramento stub I’d love one. I didn’t keep my receipt email and I have zero faith they show up.

    My wife wanted me to thank the members of 10C for helping her break through the garbage between TicketMaster and Tickets Today to get our Van commemorative tickets. She said you folks new exactly what to do and got it done. We received the tickets yesterday.

    How did she do it?  I need to copy her process.
    She bounced between TM and TT and finally sent an email to 10C for help, and they suggested a course of action. She tried that, got nowhere, replied back to 10C and they brought the hammer down on either TM or TT and the tix showed up a couple weeks later. 

    I didn't even know she was doing this until an envelope showed up from TM.

    I guess, but I think the actual location should be on the Stub too.

    I just responded back to the original confirmation email for the commemorative ticket purchase and that way they had the info they needed to confirm that I was due the tickets.  Took a couple of weeks after they said they resent them, but I did get both pairs.
