Found a new burger spot. Half pound ground bacon/chuck, thick cut bacon, cheddar. Amazing.

    Some nice food porn!

My wife has been on my ass lately about how I’ve been cooking with so much sausage, cream sauce, and cheese. So tonight I went with something lighter. Pan fried tilapia with a butter bean/tomato/spinach dish. It was alright. Looked nice…

Went to Koreatown tonight with @WeAllBelieve. Had some amazing Korean BBQ. Peach Soju was also delicious.

Your steak looks incredible as well. I’m stuffed though. We got a large scallion pancake instead of the small. That sucker was the size of a medium pizza. I ended up taking half of it home. I think it will crisp up really nice reheating it in my air fryer. But the meat we got was amazing - marinated short rib, bulgogi, and spicy pork. So yummy.

I could have Ubered I guess....was able to enjoy the tasty beverage when I returned home.  (Son was with us and didn't want to explain why we needed a ride so both mom and dad could have a drink, lol.  He is 9.  When he is 16 this seems more appropriate!)

Kahlua pork over rice with collard greens and pickled red onions. One of my all-time favorites!

The leftover pork will be made into nachos for dinner tomorrow.
