This may be one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever pulled together. Roasted veggies with chickpeas and cod fillets marinaded in a Greek dressing. Threw some tzatziki on it to finish it off. I would eat this all day.0

Wow. Does it all go into the oven together?0

Looks like when we dump out a crowdad boil.
So much to pick out that looks good.

cooked outside for a change. Grilled salmon with a sweet and 1 whole grain mustard. My old job used to make a honey mustard glazed salmon. Great flavor.

I picked up some live brown shrimp yesterday. They're pretty small so if you fry them the thin shell crisps up and you can eat them whole, head and all. Made a tempura batter to coat them.

I cooked up some onions, shrimp, and peas in spicy puttanesca sauce. I am going to serve it over whole wheat pasta. I didn’t make the sauce myself but got it from a small Italian Market in my neighborhood that makes it fresh. So it is homemade sauce, even if I cheated a bit0
