This may be one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever pulled together. Roasted veggies with chickpeas and cod fillets marinaded in a Greek dressing. Threw some tzatziki on it to finish it off. I would eat this all day.

Veggies in the oven for 16 minutes. Then fish with the dressing on top of veggies for another 10 minutes. On to the plate with tzatziki and into the mouth.

cooked outside for a change. Grilled salmon with a sweet and 1 whole grain mustard. My old job used to make a honey mustard glazed salmon. Great flavor.

I picked up some live brown shrimp yesterday. They're pretty small so if you fry them the thin shell crisps up and you can eat them whole, head and all. Made a tempura batter to coat them.

I cooked up some onions, shrimp, and peas in spicy puttanesca sauce. I am going to serve it over whole wheat pasta. I didn’t make the sauce myself but got it from a small Italian Market in my neighborhood that makes it fresh. So it is homemade sauce, even if I cheated a bit

I’m sure it’s a tasty combo! Cheating is allowed in cooking
