Scored tickets for Tuesday night charged $443.66.. very stoked…
I saw him in the exact same venue during his into wild tour back in 2011. Blew my fucking mind amazing fucking performance he played nearly every instrument you can think of. The venue itself is also amazing, music sounds great- sound stage and acoustics are unrivaled, its small, classy and charming- best of all not not a bad fucking seat in the place.
I can assure you nobody will leave that Hall disappointed unless the covid bug bites (cough. Still reeling from last pearl jam concert golden 1 arena Sacramento Ca — 11 hour drive to venue last minute cancelation while in concessions line— overwhelming sadness… a night id soon forget.)Post edited by Getoutofmyfuckinface on0 -
Similar story here! We got free PCR tests at Walgreens right after we crossed the border and then crossed our fingers we'd have the results back before we headed home 2 days later. (We did, but it was iffy as the text didn't come through because of our Canadian numbers and we had to call Walgreens before we headed home to get them to email us the results, so we didn't even know until we were leaving if we had somehow tested positive and would be forced to quarantine in the US for 2 weeks or whatever it was.) I can see why a lot of people would not have bothered with the trip.Zod said:mwplum said:Like some have said, 2022 shows are an odd/unreliable comp due to the pandemic. For us Canadians, we had to do a PCR test which was really annoying. Living in Vancouver (about 2hr drive to Seattle), we often go down around 2pm and drive back after show. As these tests typically had a 24-48 hour turn around, we had to find a LAMP test (where you swab and get results over video chat). I’ll never forget doing the test in a quiet corner of Target store across street from the venue. All to say, much easier to get to Seattle for out-of-towners now.It was so silly. We got our PCR test done as soon as we crossed the border (did it in bellingham), so if we were going to catch covid on the trip, I'm pretty sure we weren't going to get it in the 20 minutes it takes to get to bellingham.. lol. That is a bright side though. Don't have to spend $200 each on PCR tests. And then it turned out I got Covid from seeing PJ in Oakland a few months later
Your point is solid though. I ran into fellow Canadians at the shows but much less than usual, that does add a whole other market for the shows.
Then we got COVID at the San Diego show in May.0 -
Got denied...only put in for Monday....0

haha, yah we almost went with Walgreens but weren't convinced we'd get the result within 48 hours, so we paid private clinic to do it that got us the result in 24 hours. We would of totally been up the creek without a paddle if we tested positive, which was one of the reasons we tested right after we crossed the border (that and the turnaround time). So glad we don't have to deal with that anymore, but I remember how badly I was jonesing for a concert back thenjuliefer said:

I guess now, it's about when we start hearing if people qualified for verified fan?0

Got a single ticket for Tuesday, my preferred night, and appears to be P1 seating. So excited for my first trip to Seattle and seeing Eddie solo!0

Hi Faithful
I was able to score a single seat for the Monday show. I’m traveling solo from Massachusetts and never been to the west coast. Any concerns with crime downtown or traveling the Light Rail back to hotel after the show?
Thanks!0 -
Benaroya Hall is in the middle of a hot spot on 3rd ave. You will see some wild shit outside the venue. The underground platform for the university station will also be pretty active. Just pay attention and don't be on your phone or use headphones. You'll be fine moving with the crowd after the show. Once the light rail exits the downtown tunnel, it should be a quite ride.IamNotMichael said:Hi Faithful

This is lame.....
Right now, you are on the waitlist for the onsale for Eddie Vedder.
If any tickets remain, we may message you to join the onsale. We expect there won’t be enough tickets for everyone who registered. Random selection determined which registered fans received a unique access code or which were put on the waitlist.
Breath is not being held....this was not meant to be...0 -

Verified Fan is such a weird thing. Sorry you can't even try to participate in the public onsale.
I get why they do it, and it's great when you get picked, but it's sad when you don't.0 -

Be careful. Have your plan in place. Maybe even practice it. Google Komo4, King5, Q13 news stories about crime/murder in downtown. Personally I'd stay away from 3rd & Pine.shorty4568 said:

My Ed solo show losing streak lives on!
Shutout then wait-listed.
I've been shut out of every Ed show I've ever tried for (other than the one I had great seats for that got cancelled) but it's all good.
Congrats to those on here who are in the building. The daydreams of receiving that "you got tix!" email got me through a long three day stretch of work so entering was absolutely worth it. If you got tickets this week please celebrate your victory this weekend!
Maybe we'll still find a way to go. Good shows for a good cause. ✌️

+1 to all this. I've continued my losing streak for Ed solo shows too in the same manner. Will see if I somehow get into the on sale from the wait-list otherwise I'll cancel my travel to Seattle for it. Happy for those that will be there!cp3iverson said:My Ed solo show losing streak lives on!
