UGH! The amount of times I've had tickets in my cart and get beat out by another person is super frustrating. Ok..... just venting.

I was going to to Austin Tix in Sec 111.

Yep, it is enraging that you have to race until the end for the F2F tickets, but if you put the overpriced shitty "premium" tickets in your cart, you get a 2 minute timer to complete your purchase. That is nothing more than TM being assholes because they don't make as much money on the F2F tix.

There has never been a cart with a timer for any resale tickets to my knowledge so it's not a new thing.

Right, but its still bullshit there is one for the premium tickets and not for us.

I agree its a pain... but would still be the first to cart get them and would be just as hard. Some may be quicker through the checkout, their internet is faster, there are closer to TM server, refreshing faster.. its still the best method in the ticketing world to get better seats without paying scalper prices.. now the premium us a whole different issue.

I'm somehow 3/3 so far. On the most recent on I got the pop-up saying I wasn't fast enough, then refreshed and selected the tickets again and was able to secure them. Not sure how that was possible.

It happened because someone else submitted their order, and the CV code, Credit auth declined, Security pin popped up, You got the message because it was processing for someone else.. .and failed.. then you got a chance,... For really good seats I keep hitting it until the seats fully disappear !

They were likely Premium when first sold. The person that bought them as Premium is only able to sell at the price they bought at. The system treats that as face value.
