How about they just don't cross the border and start off in Buffalo instead? I was at the KeyBank Center last weekend and it's a nice venue.bendhair23 said:Just a guess.... lucky number 11. Not sure how it works with rumored dates, but one can dream. Probably a stretch to cross the border for one show?

I've actually been lowkey thinking about Buffalo for this tour. I have no supporting evidence, but they've been pulling in some huge acts the past few years.NDJeff7 said:

For Ohana, I'd love to see Eyelids, Protomartyr, Viagra Boys, Scott McMicken and the Ever-Expanding, David Gilmour, Paul Weller, The Beths, Linda Lindas, Foo Fighters, Mdou Moctar, Circle Jerks, Descendants, Peter Gabriel, Natalie Merchant, and a Fugazi reunion.Paul Weller is a great live act. From what I recall his summer is pretty full with European tour dates; I haven't seen any mention of US shows. All those who seek to destroy the liberties of a democratic nation ought to know that war is the surest and shortest means to accomplish it.0

I took yesterday off and went into the woods, glad I didn't miss anything. But this is getting beyond weird. I'm not sure I'm on Team Today, but definitely a supporter of the Team.Barrie - '98

Man I must be getting old. This whole thing just annoys me. The 4/1 video annoys me. Dimitris rice post annoys me. The endless speculation for what’s bound to be an underwhelming tour annoys me. Jealous of all you positive people here lol. I just can’t help to feel this way. I wish this band did things way , way different. But that’s not for me to decide obviously.0

I was talking about Flickerstick and "Band on the Run" yesterday. Best "reality" show there ever was. I got to know Flickerstick a little bit and have a few demo albums from my college radio days back then. The demo version of "Smile" is infinitely better than the album version. Cool dudes.Lost In Ohio said:bobasfeet said:

Your not alone with this sentiment! I totally find it absurd the way they do business and how the in the know crowd bows down to one fan having inside info screw that! I’m going down to the south shore here on Long Island to enjoy the views at this point I really don’t care where they tour or don’t!nicknyr15 said:Man I must be getting old. If tour hype annoys you, maybe just ignore it? Not being a smartass, just saying the "Tour Rumors" Thread may not be the best place to kill time if it's not your jam.
I'm indifferent. They're trying to generate buzz, but this cycle is probably a little overkill. That said, I get that they're having some fun with it. I've been on that side of the fence for (far less significant) releases and it's a good time teasing stuff out.
