Nothing to eat for dinner that I felt like cooking.
    Put out 5 eggs
    Excellent lox
    Avocado
    Cream cheese
    Onion
    Salt
    Pepper

    Couple pieces of sourdough toast.

Damn.  This was a highly successful pantry raid.

Dude, that looks damn good for a pantry raid!!

Italian meatballs? Grilled salmon? Will any of these fit into your diet? Get well soon. :)

Yeah, I mixed Aloha Soy, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic and five spice and coated it (residual still in pan), then coated again with five spice.

I’m going to smoke tomorrow. 48 hours is ideal for skin to dry a bit. I’ll certainly post some throughout the process. Should be good.

Put a fan on it you want that skin to be as dry as possible!
