Sadly this is my second Pearl Jam’s cancellation, the other one was in Venezia due an accident in the festival where they were going to play. I love Pearl Jam and I know this is not the last tour. I understand all of you, I’m upset too but Pearl Jam is the best band in the world and always will be. I know I will watch them perform again soon. I hope for all of you with tickets to Amsterdam the shows could  take place.

This guy’s a doctor and a touring musician AND he’s been doing it at least since the 70s.

    Ed should be taking notes.

I guess I'm missing something because I don't understand when people say physical toll when describing a band that tours. They fly into a city via private jet, stay in a luxury hotel, eat well, sleep in if they choose to, go to sound check, work/play music for a couple of hours and repeat, how's is that physically grueling? If you're talking about the roadies then I get it but as for the actual musicians they're working less than the average person is per day, it's not they're working a 8-10 hr shift, I'm definitely missing something
Do you sing and/or play an instrument? If not, please sit down and be quiet.
What job would you rather have, middle school teacher or be in a world famous rock band making at least 10x more than the middle school teacher?
10x you mean 1000x's. EV is worth over 100 Million and he's earned every penny but, please stop with how tough it is to be a rock star😎

You don't think Ed and co are aware AND grateful for living their dreams?!

They're not the ones talking about rockstar life being taxing.. they never do that..!

People here are pointing out that 30+ years of being a rockstar is taxing.. you don't think it is.. you're entitled to that opinion and we're entitled to disagree

How about 30 years of working 9-5 and trying to provide for family and the stress that goes with that? These guys after 6 months together never had to worry about where their next meal was coming from ever again. Don't compare rock stars to every day working people! They live a great life and if they don't it's their own fault!!!!!

I agree it can be taxing but would you rather that life or the life of a middle school teacher? Agree to disagree all day just ridiculous to me when I feel people are being a bit dramatic about the rock star life, they earned it and have it made

Probably paid too much to cancel that one.
Just like adding a festival in Louisville which, now makes my St.Louis show the 3rd in 3 days(when was the last time they played 3 shows in 3 days???) Was it for a big festival pay day?🤔 There was absolutely no resson to add Louisville!
The funny thing is we will be in STL for The National that Saturday night and I purposely had us flying back Monday in case we scored Pearl Jam tickets.  I’m thinking we will probably be flying back on Sunday now.
Love the National and seen them many times❤️
Only seen them once but they are great!
