You bring Mark Kelly into it and he also pressures Sinenema. She’s got to have her pet projects that she cares about. Maybe propose a highway near her house or family property? Take her off key committees and elevate Sen. Kelly. Doesn’t have to be zero sum. Right now, Brandon is getting all the blame. Jon Tester is the senator from my home state. Getting elected there as a democrat is like threading a needle. He votes with the dems more often but he’s not exactly progressive. ”My good friends across the aisle,” is senate decorum. The senate, with its 6 year terms and more deliberative debate style and the way they operate is what makes it more chummy. They represent their whole state, there’s only two of them and thus, it equalizes and levels the playing field. As opposed to the shit show that’s the house. Also by design. It’s where cooler heads prevail and deals can be struck. It’s the more “civil” body politic.

umm, Arizona and West Virginny were a combined 16 votes, with West Virginny’s 5 going to POOTWH. Brandon would have won without Arizona’s 11 in an election held two years ago. Further, I don’t recall either Manchurian Joe or Simenema hitting the stump hard for Brandon, never mind Manchurian Joe delivering West Virginny, a typical benchmark to withhold support to get your way or stop the POTUS, who was elected with more popular and electoral votes, thus having a mandate to spend, gee, where have I heard that before?, so if you’re argument is centred on electoral votes from two years ago, and that’s what POOTWH does, and repub leadership does and why they’re controlling everything, it’s a weak one.
