Honolulu Fish hooked me with one of their flash offers, today. Hand caught Mahi Mahi sashimi cut, 2 pounds. Wednesday and Thursday nights are gonna be great eating!

Mahi Mahi from Honolulu Fish Co Nothing beats the king salmon, but this is damn good. Was rushed, kid's baseball didn't see us back until almost 8. Presentation suffered, but taste did not!

Would love to do a group dinner. This would allow me to order a wider variety of their fish. Figure a group if 20 could allow for an order of some of each type they have. Issue would be preparing quickly enough. 😕 would be fun to try, though. Looking forward to another go at it, tonight.
