    My wife made a huge vat of black beans (and yellow rice) for supper yesterday. As delicious as the black beans were yesterday, an overnight melding in the refrigerator really took them to the next level this morning. 

    Yes, I’ve been farting this whole time. So what!?!

    Unique recipe number 6 of 2022 (goal 26). Didn’t get pictures but soft shell crab with a lemon/butter/caper sauce and a Tuscan white bean salad on the side. Not bad

    Honolulu Fish hooked me with one of their flash offers, today.  Hand caught Mahi Mahi sashimi cut, 2 pounds.  
    Wednesday  and Thursday  nights are gonna be great eating!
