it's because he refuses to sign Ed's contract stating he won't ever do the duck walk shuffle on stage again.

If we don't get an announcement this week then something very strange has happened.  People have posted that Dimi confirmed on FB that the announcement would take place this week.  His posts yesterday certainly would support that.  He has never been wrong in my time here and he's not intentionally trolling us, so if we don't get an announcement this week then it was mysteriously pushed back.  The million dollar question would be...why?
Still 'early in the year' up until 3/31 (the last day of the 1st quarter of the year).  I expect an announcement that they'll be back for Ohana on 3/31 at 11:59pm EST...followed by 'stay tuned for future dates' announcement.

    -Health concerns..
-potential playoff dates for specific teams/venues could be causing delays in venue holds and band touring routes..
-they were only going to announce 1 leg of the tour before and now it makes sense to announce additional dates
-announce Ohana or another festival gig first. (I believe festival appearances usually get announced before headlining bands announce their tours as a way to drum interest.)
-they forgot to book the Apollo and are working that kink out
-because some all encompassing being loves torturing us

But my REAL hope is that they are working on better seat assignments for everyone that held onto tickets and that the new onsale is from what was leftover after we all moved up a few rows.

-Eddie spilled his pickle-rita all over the laptop that sends out the notification emails, frying it, and didn't tell anyone.

  • SHN N1 doesn't even need Stevie Nicks. MMJ, Billy Strings and Gary Clark Jr are worth the price of admission on their own.
    This guy gets it.
Will likely just go Saturday at Gary Clark and stay until the end. I like some FM songs as does the wife.
Hoping MMJ gets 2 hrs but likely an hour and a half.

Since they’re buddies with the SHN promoter, wondering if they’re giving SHN time to sell tix before jumping in with PJ dates.  If so it supports the newsletter reminder/annct. next Monday theory.

    Sigh.

Don't think they care about the anniversary and they definitely don't care about festivals they're not playing, IMO, but not doing it on Women's Day (today) but doing it before the newsletter (Thursday) makes sense to me.

With a much larger percentage of the rescheduled shows being after the Europe tour, they will give us sufficient notice to make travel plans.
