    there's a counter protest scheduled this weekend at my legislature as a matter of fact. 
    Oh okay, I was wondering when this would start happening.  I was a bit surprised to see no one out there counter protesting yet with so many Ottowans (?) angry about the situation.
    They will on the weekends, cause they are busy working and going about their lives. Nobody ever thought they would have to counter protest something so stupid.

    *The vast majority of people agree that politicians need to be held accountable for their actions/decisions just like any of us are at our jobs.

    Unfortunately, many of our political leaders are lazy and all about self preservation instead of the public good, and have allowed these irrational and selfish people to disrupt the lives of innocent, working class people in various spots across the country for days/weeks. 

    Take a look at what is happening in Ottawa. If anyone needs more evidence as to why police budgets need to be be defunded it's right in front of our faces. Take this money and pump it into social services for people and families that can get their lives back together.

    It's difficult to support anything these 'freedom' fraudsters say when there's numerous online videos of them personally spouting anti-Muslim,  white supremacy, Qanon, and anti-science garbage. It's too bad that racist, and hate-filled people are at the helm of this nonsense. You are the company that you keep. Everybody likes freedom, but most people (I hope) are not going to stand next to racist people while calling for 'freedom'.

    What happens when the ring leaders finally clue-in that society and the government are not going to tolerate this nonsense much longer? Let's hope that all the innocent people in the areas affected are safe if things go sideways. Irrational adults = bad tantrums
