Biden didn't give other ethnic groups a chance because he promised it to 1 ethnic group. Trump did not do this and I don't know if you all heard, Trump is not in office anymore. I've always scratched my head at people who claim trying to get an underrepresented group represented is somehow racism. he's not saying he's going to just nominate any old nobody who isn't qualified. this is in line with diversity hiring practices that have been going on for decades. generally, only white people have a problem with it.
