Lovely….prices are only going to continue to rise on these.

Oh well maybe Christmas I’ll treat myself.
Be patient. Things tend to sell for more when they first get released. This is selling close to $400 right now. That seems high to me. I bet over time it settles closer to the $200 that the 2015 coke bottle Ten goes for.
There are several Ten variants. This is the only variant No Code has had which will make it highly sought after. More so if someone manages to put together a C, O, D, E collection in clear.
That's why I bought 16 of them.  I'm going to do that.

But there weren't any color variants of Ten when that clear was released (not counting the old picture disc version). When that first came out it was selling on places like ebay for $200 right away and then dropped down to around $125 within a couple months and stayed around there for many years. It wasn't until Covid when it shot back up to $200+ (as many collectibles did). My point is that impatient people go crazy and overpay on almost all of these things when they first come out. No difference with any popular RSD title. I know some things PJ do defy logic, but as a record collector I don't see see this becoming the next Benny for a lot of reasons.

No way this is the next Benny. The Benny will always be more rare and harder to find for one. It’s been nearly 20 years, no doubt there’s been some lost to storage or moving damages, especially during the time when vinyl wasn’t that sought after. Then add to that the fact there is no alternative for a Benny, if you want it on vinyl you have exactly 1 (official) option. There are 3 alternatives to the clear NC, the OP, 2016 and now 2021. The fact people are even talking about trading for LD seems like a stretch.

Also makes me wonder why there aren’t more reissues of LD and RVM. They know most people who have a copy will probably still buy the reissue, plus the many more who want one. They will sell many more of the reissues than they did the first time. Seems like an easy money maker and make fans happy. A no-brainer to me.

I said a few weeks ago that ive seen some Benny’s that were utterly destroyed on ebay.  No box, water damage, etc.   Makes you wonder how many flawless copies are left

The barcode sticker seems to be different than the black reissue

Discogs entry for the black ”2021” reissue has 1 9439-88916-1 3

If we are talking limited is this not eventually going to be maybe be about as sought after as a White Backspacer, Red Lightning Bolt, Red Easy Street, maybe less. Those were all first vinyl pressings, this is a reissue. Might be a while before its pressed on a color again but once an album is repressed Im always thinking they will knock out more and more exclusive colors.
