we don't. unless it's caught on video or corroborated by a witness or he admits to it, none of it can be known for certain. I just personally weigh a few things:brianlux said:hedonist said:

I don't know. Are you sure those things happened, and if so how do you know for certain?

Now, the first two kind of go hand in hand. What motivation did Christine Blasey Ford have to come forward against Brett Kavanagh, for instance? I'd say she did it out of absolute selflessness and duty, which lends to her credibility.
The fact he's had SEVERAL woman come forward shows there's a pattern of terrible harassing behavior. Can misunderstandings happen? Can women lie? Of course, on both counts. But judging by what I've read and the details of each incident, I'd say it went way beyond misunderstanding and he's just a fuckin' creep.Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0 -

Guys who use this excuse (Cuomo) don’t realize that the line was never where they thought it was. They assumed they had the right to touch and comment and pressure, and act surprised and outraged that “lines have been redrawn” when they actually need to wake up to the fact that their behaviour wasn’t ever acceptable to women.brianlux said:Does anyone have video of photos of any of the incidents being reported as sexual harassment? funny. the times a place of business had sexual harrassment training I was in attendence, never once do I recall them saying the doer is the one who gets to determine if their behavior was harrassment or not. Its always the reciever or even a 3rd party witness who determines offensiveness.....and umm, 2 week notice is not required. pack your shit and go. better yet, we got people for the packing. just go.Post edited by mickeyrat on_____________________________________SIGNATURE________________________________________________

For our training years ago I was surprised at what was considered harassment. I talked to my sister about it and she said "oh that's timid. You should hear the things I went through."mickeyrat said:funny. the times a place of business had sexual harrassment training I was in attendence, never once do I recall them saying the doer is the one who gets to determine if their behavior was harrassment or not. What is that saying? You know better then you do better? Absolutely. I haven't whistled at a girl in 25 years. I'm not proud that i did now either.0 -

After the Anita Hill hearings, the men in our office were told they couldn’t compliment a woman’s outfit, or say they looked nice that day. I thought that was taking it way too far (especially given the men I was lucky enough to work with).mickeyrat said:funny. the times a place of business had sexual harrassment training I was in attendence, never once do I recall them saying the doer is the one who gets to determine if their behavior was harrassment or not. I’m fortunate that my exposure to sexual harassment in the workplace has been more limited than others.

You’re in good form today! This and the Trudeau ass tattoo remark made me laugh out loud! Haven’t laughed for a few days.HughFreakingDillon said:

We have annual sexual harassment training at work, anyone with a modicum of sense knows what is appropriate and what is not. He is just another typical powerful man who feels like he can get away with anything he wants.0

The irony of it all is he signed in to law some of the strictest guidelines towards sexual harassment in and out of the workplace.JeBurkhardt said:We have annual sexual harassment training at work, anyone with a modicum of sense knows what is appropriate and what is not. I mean, Biden fits that bill too…Several women have accused Biden of inappropriate touching and that they they felt uncomfortable around him(Democrat staffers for that matter). If I remember right, all of that was played off as Biden just being an old geezer that didn’t realize his actions were inappropriate. Where are the lines? Evidently, if you are president, you get a sexual harassment allegation shield?HughFreakingDillon said:
